Helped With My Work Injury
I injured my lower back two years ago and was sent to the Kaiser
Occupational Medical clinic where I was given traction, exercises,
and anti-inflammatory, pain-killing and muscle relaxant drugs. After
a few months they pronounced me cured and stopped treatment. My
toes were still numb and I had thigh, calf, and foot cramps many
times every night. Also, I often had to assist my leg into the car
and had to sit to put on pants.
Fortunately, I re-injured my back carrying heavy
boxes. My employer sent me back to the same clinic. I told the doctors
that their method had not really fixed my back and that I would
like to be sent to a chiropractor. They tried to dissuade me with
"re-injury" and "too much time since..." talk,
but I was finally allowed to visit a chiropractor. Since coming
to Dr. Cluen , my pain is minimal, my muscles cramp only infrequently
and whenever I can't lift my leg, all I need is an adjustment and
I'm back to normal.
Dr. Cluen is not only a competent chiropractor,
but he is truly interested in his patients and always kind, considerate,
and helpful.

Helped With My Car Accident
How can I ever thank you enough for all you have done? As you know,
I was involved in an auto accident. I had a lot of pain, especially
in the neck region. After receiving care under my primary care physician,
and physical therapy, I was still suffering with a great deal of
neck pain and other symptoms involving my shoulder, arm and neck.
My condition progressed to the point that I even having difficulty
holding my coffee mug.
Upon starting your care, a number of my symptoms
have diminished almost immediately. It's
amazing to experience the immediate results and relief after your
treatment. You’ve given me great relief, without the traditional
medical care of pain killers, surgery and their side effects. You
were also a great supporter in what I have gone through emotionally
since my accident. You not only helped me physically, but emotionally
as well. Thank you for everything!

Helped My Arthritis Feel Better
I am 60 years old. I have been taking arthritis medication since
I was 45 years old. When I came to Dr. Cluen, I was hardly able
to walk. I had arthritis in my low back and right knee. At the time
that I came in, I was walking with a limp which made my hips hurt.
I decided to try chiropractic because I was sick and tired of just
taking medication for my pain.
I came in 5 days a week for the first few weeks
before I noticed a big difference. It’s now been 6 months
and I cannot believe the difference. Now, I don’t take any
medicine at all. No Surgery! No Limp! Now I go see my chiropractor
once a week to make sure that I stay this way. For the 1st time
in the last 10 years I feel great. I have gone shopping for my 3
kids, their spouses, and my 10 grand children. I can do my own housework,
shop and decorate the Christmas tree. I just feel good. I am now
able to attend festivals and fairs and do things I have been missing
out on. I owe all my thanks to my chiropractor and the wonderful
staff.

Helped My Golf Game
I'm a part-time golfer and I get out to play about
once a month. The reason is after about 15 holes, my back gets so
stiff that the last 3 holes are uncomfortable. I do a lot of business
on the golf course, so it's important for me to feel healthy out
there.
I've been going to Dr. George about two times a
week for about 2 months now. I just played a golf tournament and
I felt I could have played another 18 holes! I also play softball
and work out and my back has been feeling so much better.
Dr George is a great doctor, and enjoys working
with people in sports. I've always been a skeptic as far as chiropractic,
but I'm convinced its helped me out a lot.

Friendly Chiropractic Care with a Personalized
Touch
The Auto & Work Injury Center is an awesome
place to take your whole family and all of your friends. Dr. George
is friendly and approachable - he loves to answer all my questions
and really makes me feel at home in the office. I've learned a lot
about the importance of regular chiropractic care since I've been
going to the office over the past year and a half. The location
is great and his office is beautiful. Dr. George works with everyone
to make sure they can afford to receive regular care. I've told
several of my friends about him and they've all been happy with
the care they've received. Nothing beats a friendly neighborhood
chiropractor. Thanks Dr. George!

After My Car Accident
I was in a car accident in Portland. A friend recommended the Auto
& Work Injury Center and I was so glad she did. I had an accident
several years prior and went to a chiropractor but the experience
was much different.
My first priority was to get well and I was really
stressed about the whole situation. In "Dr. George’s"
office I was taken care of like part of a family. They handled all
the insurance related stuff. The office made the calls to my insurance
agent and the other guys insurance agent, and they handled everything
right until my care was done.
I was going to him for a few months and while I
was there they taught me exercises, stretches and good ways to sleep,
all things I didn't know before. When I was all done they made sure
both insurance companies were contacted and they sent in all the
paperwork. I remember telling Dr. George once how stressed I was
about being in traffic coming home from work. He told me that was
important to share with him and he put it in his chart. He reminded
me to keep track of not only how I felt physically, but how I felt
emotionally, and to tell him so he could include it in the final
report. The insurance paid for my chiropractic treatment and I ended
up getting paid more than $12,000 from the insurance company and
they also had paid for the car and my rental. The last time I got
in an accident I went to a chiropractor recommended by the attorney
and not only did I still have the pain, but I only got $2,000.
I still go to get adjusted now whenever I feel
I need a tune up. I could not have been happier with the job they
did. Five stars for putting patients first.

Pros: Dr. is gentle and has great hands.
