Prior to treatment, we will sit down with you and explain in detail our recommended treatment plan and your alternatives. Cost and payment will be discussed. We require that you pay your insurance co-payment at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Injuries related to automobile accidents & work related injuries typically cover 100% of our fees.

Most insurance covers some kind of chiropractic care. In many cases, your treatment may be covered 100%. We will be happy to assist you by handling all the paper work and will deal directly with your insurance company. We are experienced with workers' compensation cases, auto accidents, medicare, medicaid and major medical claims. We are available to answer any questions you may have.

Patients covered by insurance are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information about their insurance when they complete our Patient Information form. We will ask for...
